Effective December 6, 2023, Kenneth R. Jones (the “Receiver”) has been appointed as Temporary Receiver of CB Surety LLC, Peak Bakery LLC, Cascades Pointe at Clemson, LLC, KP Testing, LLC, Motion Media Marketing Inc., SJC Financial Services Inc., Reseller Consultants, Inc., Ambragold, Inc., Think Processing LLC, and Bass Business Consultants (the “Receivership Entities”) by a court in the Eastern District of California. A copy of the Court’s Preliminary Injunction continuing the temporary receivership in this matter can be found here.

To manage ongoing operations and conduct due diligence (discovery) into the Receivership Entities, the Court has directed the Receiver to locate records and other information about individuals and organizations that have had contacts with the Receivership Entities. The Court has also authorized the Receiver to conduct fact finding into Won it All, Inc.’s involvement with the individuals and organizations that have had contacts with the Receivership Entities.

If you have records or other information related to the Receivership Entities that will assist the Receiver in conducting the Court-directed discovery into the Receivership Entities and/or Won it All, Inc., the Receiver requests that you complete the following form. FAQ:

Tokens: The receiver is aware that some LLC owners were asked to obtain an RSA or other device to allow authorization of bank transactions. These are referred to as "tokens" below.

Confidentiality Agreements: The Receiver is aware that some LLC owners entered into confidentiality agreements with one or more of the Receivership Entities. Pursuant to the Court’s Preliminary Injunction, the Receiver has the power to manage ongoing business operations of the Receivership Entities. This includes the power to obtain information that may be subject to a confidentiality agreement involving the Receivership Entities. On behalf of the Receivership Entities, the Receiver consents to LLC owners providing information that may be covered by any confidentiality agreements with the Receivership Entities.
